The 45m² shop is located in the heart of the Viennese luxury mile at Kohlmarkt No. 3. An expansion of the shop area is planned within the scope of a second expansion stage. The interior design is a successful mix of references to Breitling’s affinity for the world of flying and pop-art pieces.
In addition to the entire assortment of exclusive Breitling and Breitling for Bentley chronometers, special limited watch models are also presented.
“We are extremely pleased to be represented with our new flagship store in this noble and honourable location in the middle of countless international luxury labels”, according to Breitling’s managing director Peter Kellner.
Breitling was founded in 1884 by Leon Breitling in St. Imier, Switzerland. The brand specialises in the production of high-precision watches – real “instruments for professionals” – and is traditionally very closely connected with aviation. Models like the “Navitimer” and the “Chronomat” are objects cherished by pilots all over the world. Breitling is the only watch brand in the world to have its entire collection chronometer-certified by the official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).
