Fresh wind for aviation chronographs
Deep black body, quadratic pointers and extremely resistant armband: The popular Chronomat from Breitling fulfils its calling for top performances with a new, very impressive and original model. The very essence of aviation on a wrist.
Its amazing performance and technical, masculine look have always made the Chronomat unique. The new Chronomat 44 Blacksteel is even more unique than ever, because Breitling re-invented the “instruments for professionals” with this innovative version of the landmark model from the brand. The stainless steel casing convinces through its highly resistant, black carbon coating.
The rotating bezels on one side decorate the black rubber numbers created as inlays as well as a large luminous point that makes it easier to calculate flight or diving times. The deep black face in the most beautiful tradition of aviator chronographs from Breitling also attracts through its three quadratic counters and the red spots of colour that remind of the instruments of a dashboard. The exclusive strap from this watch combines an anthracite, military-like high-tech fabric on the outside together with highly comfortable rubber on the inside.
This robust and ergonomic model with bolted buttons and a bolted crown is waterproof up to 200 metres and is brought to life through an amazing motor: The manufacturer calibre Breitling 01 is a self-winding watch where the black winding rotor can be admired through the case-back. This chronometer certified by the COSC (Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute) is a prime example of reliability and precision.
